Sound Bath & Craft: Collaboration with Sunscape Collective
Join Meadow Creative Retreats and Lindsey from Sunscape Collective at this pop-up sound bath and craft event on August 1!
Guests will start the afternoon with a 60-minute sound bath, led by Lindsey. Afterwards, they will move into a relaxed craft workshop with Mia from Meadow Creative Retreats, where they’ll create their own pressed flower art: choose from paper or acrylic bookmarks, or decorate a piece of glassware to create something both functional and beautiful.
Light snacks and drinks will be provided. All craft materials are included. We will have mats for the sound bath, but please bring your own if you are able.
Location and accessibility:
1712 N Street NW Suite 302, Washington, DC 20036 (Dupont Circle neighborhood)
The Sound Bath & Craft location is a light-filled studio space just 0.3 miles from the Dupont Circle Metro. Street parking is available throughout the neighborhood.
The location requires stairs to enter and is not wheelchair accessible.
About your instructors:
Mia is the founder of Meadow Creative Retreats, where she aims to bring creative inspiration to the DMV and beyond, through retreats and events designed to inspire, empower, and connect. She is a serial hobbyist, stained glass artist, and lover of the outdoors.
Lindsey is the founder of Sunscape Collective, a community creating spaces where people explore what it means to truly live well. Through sound meditation, mindfulness, and creative experiences, she helps nurture deeper connection - with ourselves, one another, and our planet. She believes healing is deeply interconnected, and that when we reconnect with ourselves, we become better able to care for each other and the world around us.
What to bring:
Please bring your own yoga mat (and bolster, if needed), where possible. If you don’t have a mat, you can indicate it when booking.
Wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind crafting in.
Refund policy:
Refunds are available until July 29, 2026. Afterwards, this event is non-refundable. Must be over 18 to participate.
